Baron Davis Celebrates “BIG” During NBA All-Star Weekend; Ice Cube, Allen Iverson, Chris Paul, Shaunie O’Neal Attend Former NBA All-Star’s Power Summit in LA (PHOTOS)

Former NBA All-Star Baron Davis hosted a “Welcome to LA” party recently in Hollywood to kick-off the 2018 NBA All-Star Weekend. Held at the London Hotel, the event was attended by many celebrities and athletes, including Ice Cube, Allen Iverson, Amare Stoudemire, NBA super-fan Jimmy Goldstein, Shaunie O’Neal, Mark Pitts, Cortez Bryant, Chef Nikki Shaw, Jadakiss and Matt Barnes.

The “Welcome to LA” party also featured music curated music provided by DJ D-Nice.

Davis, who is a Los Angeles native, had a busy weekend as the unofficial mayor of All-Star Weekend.

On Valentine’s Day, he hosted the BIG LOVEFEST Valentine’s Day Women’s Networking Luncheon at The Jeremy Hotel. The luncheon was moderated by ESPN SportsCenter Anchor Cari Champion, and featured sounds by DJ KISS. The event honored women in business, sports and entertainment and included a motivational speech by Los Angeles Sparks President/COO Christine Simmons.

Davis, who is also entrepreneur, presented the BIG (Business Inside the Game) Power Summit over the weekend. The invitation-only traveling series featured summits, workshops and other networking events. For the Summit, Davis assembled a network of thought-leaders, industry experts and rising stars from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn and engage.

The conversations series featured such panelists as rapper, actor and producer Ice Cube; NBA All-Stars Chris Paul and David Robinson; Co-founder and President of Lyft John Zimmer and mega-producer Chris Budnick (“The Hangover” and “Old School”), who all shared insights on making an impact beyond sports and entertainment.

Davis also hosted an invite-only NBA All-Star game viewing party at the private members-only club Hills Penthouse in West Hollywood on Sunday.
