Jaden Smith Shows He’s About That Vegan Life With Launch of ‘Impossible Trio’ Meal
Actor/rapper Jaden Smith continued to promote a vegan lifestyle with the launch of his plant-based Impossible Trio, a veggie patty offering created with Impossible Foods and Umami Burger, which offers the meal at 20 of its locations.
To celebrate the launch of the Impossible Trio, Smith recently hosted an event at The Grove in LA that was attended by friends, fans and celebrities, including his mom, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, who was on hand to support her son.
Also among the 300 guests were actor Eric Dane, model Jordyn Woods, actor Sam Jones III as well as many notable influencers.
Guests were served Smith’s Trio in addition to Umami favorites, including Sam’s Crispy Chicken, Cheesy Tots and mini chocolate milkshakes. Guests were also served signature cocktails, including Rande’s Spicy Margarita, Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, Velvet Mule, and Casamigos Frozen Margarita as they mingled and enjoying tunes from the DJ’s set.
Smith’s Impossible Trio is available for $15, and includes his “Impossible Slider,” “Korean BBQ Slider and the “U-BBQ Slider”, which features the impossible patty, American cheese, umami BBQ sauce, tempura serranos, and smoked salt onion strings.
Smith’s Impossible Trio not only promotes a healthy lifestyle, it also supports a worthy cause as $1 from every sale benefits American Red Cross hurricane relief efforts.
Smith, who because a vegan in 2016, has championed environmental-friendly living for some time. In 2016, he was given the Environmental Media Association Award for his leadership and action on environmental issues.
