(PHOTOS) 2 Chainz Presents Sneaker Collaboration with Versace in Atlanta During Super Bowl Week

2 Chainz recently unveiled his sneaker collaboration with luxury designer Versace at a pop-up event in the rapper’s hometown of Atlanta during Super Bowl week.

Held at the Wish Gallery in Atlanta, the private event was attended by many influencers, athletes and some of 2 Chainz’s famous friends, including rapper Jeezy.

2 Chainz’s Versace collaboration, called “2 Chain Reaction,” will be available globally February 8 and features a men’s ath-leisure capsule collection that was designed with the rapper.

At the pop-up boutique, 2Chainz, who got married in the Versace Mansion in Miami last year, talked about how much the collaboration meant to him.

“This will forever be remembered on my timeline,” he said. “On my life timeline, I’ll remember this day. It means a lot to me.”

The sneakers feature a chain-link sole, Versace’s Grecian frieze, and braille lettering. The shoes also contain an embossed croc Neoprene collar with dual zip closure, which are connected by a nylon strap for ease and functionality.

2 Chainz’s limited-edition sneakers come in a branded box and bag, featuring the “2 Chain Reaction” logo.
