(PHOTOS) Ciara, TLC, Nelly, Usher and More Light Up the Stage at Inaugural Lovers & Friends Festival

Throwback R&B and hip-hop fans from all walks of life recently came together for the inaugural Lovers & Friends Festival in Las Vegas.

After being the topic of discussion on social media for two years, the festival was held at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds during the Billboard Music Awards weekend.

The star-studded festival lineup included some of top artists of the 1990s and early 2000s, including Ciara, Lauryn Hill, Nelly, TLC, Ja Rule, Ashanti, and Usher, Ludacris and Lil Jon who performed in a joint set.
