(PHOTOS) Da Brat Hosts Watch Party for New Docu-series; Kandi Burruss, Yandy Smith, Keke Wyatt and More Pull Up to Support

Love was in the air at the watch party for the We tv docu-series “Brat Loves Judy,” which chronicles the relationship of hip-hop legend Da Brat and girlfriend Jesseca “Judy” Dupart.

Held at Views Bar & Grill in downtown Atlanta, the event took place the night “Brat Loves Judy” premiered on We tv.

The show focuses on the hot topic relationship between Da Brat, who officially came out as a lesbian just 14 months ago, and hair products entrepreneur Jessica Dupart, who also goes by Judy.

In a recent interview with the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Da Brat said she believes the show can help other couples with their relationships.

“I’ve never been so willing to show my personal life,” Da Brat told the AJC. “We can help motivate others in their relationships. That’s what we want to do.”

While Judy is more known for her social media activity, Da Brat is a reality TV veteran—first appearing on the 2005 edition of the WB’s “The Surreal Life.” In 2007, Da Brat lost 26 pounds on VH1’s “Celebrity Fit Club.” In recent years, Da Brat has appeared on “The Rap Game” and WE-TV’s “Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta.”

Several reality TV stars, influencers and entertainers were in attendance at the watch party, including Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker, Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris, Keke Wyatt, Milan Christopher, Vaugh Alvarez, Shamea Morton and more.

“Brat Loves Judy” airs at 9 p.m. ET Thursdays on We tv.
