(PHOTOS) NLE Choppa Unveils Tracks for ‘Me vs Me’ at Lively Private Listening Session in LA
Memphis rapper NLE Choppa recently held a private listening event in LA for his sophomore album “Me vs Me”, which will be released tomorrow, January 28, on Warner Records.
Held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, the listening event was attended by a host of media, producers, artists, influencers and family.
At the event, NLE Choppa played all 16 tracks from the album, often rapping along with the lyrics and turning up to the hype beats and catching hooks.
Among the songs played at the listening session included “Shotta Flow 6”, “Jumpin” featuring Polo G, “Push It” featuring Young Thug, “Change My Ways”, “Too Hot” featuring Moneybagg Yo, and “Youngest To Do It.”
NLE Choppa was also gifted with a new black diamond encrusted chain by his management to celebrate the release of the new album.
“Me vs Me” is the follow up to NLE Choppa’s debut album “Top Shotta” which was released in 2020 and peaked at number 10 on the Billboard 200 charts.
The 19-year-old rapper’s sophomore album is highly anticipated, particularly after being pushed back twice due to, among other things, out of respect for fellow Memphis rapper Young Dolph who was releasing a tribute album Jan. 21, a date in which “Me vs Me” was scheduled to drop.
