(VIDEO INTERVIEW) Aja Naomi King Discusses Becoming L’Oréal Spokeswoman, Working with Viola Davis and the Dating Rumors
Aja Naomi King has been one of Hollywood’s “It” girls ever since landing the role as Michaela Pratt on the ABC drama “How to Get Away with Murder” in 2014.
She has been nominated for a NAACP Image Award and Sundance Film Festival awards. In 2017, she received the “Shining Star” award at Essence’s Black Women in Hollywood Gala.
Most recently, she was named a spokeswoman for L’Oréal Paris, the #1 global beauty brand. The 33 year-old Los Angeles native has also been casted to play Somalin activist Ifrah Ahmed in the movie “A Girl From Mogadishu”
Human Nature recently caught up with Aja Naomi King at the 2018 Art of Elysium Gala. In the interview, King discusses the significance of her L’Oréal contract, what’s it like working with Viola Davis and other veteran actors on “HTGAWM,” in addition to whether she has a bae.
