R&B music from the 90s and early 2000s was on full display recently at the after party for “The Best Man: The Final Chapters” premiere in Hollywood.

Legendary R&B group 112 and singer Ginuwine both took to the stage following a special screening of the first episode of the new Peacock series and treated VIP guests to a performance of their biggest hits.

First to perform was Ginuwine, who brought up the energy in the room as he breezed through a melody of his hits, including “So Anxious”, “Pony” and “I Need a Girl (Pt. 2)”.

Next up was 112, led by Slim and Mike, who took the crowd back with a rendition of their hits, including “Only You,” “Cupid”, “You Already Know,” and “Peaches and Cream, “ which they were joined on stage to perform by Ginuwine.

The R&B legends  then hopped in the crowd to lead them in doing the “Electric Slide” to Cameo’s “Candy” – as homage to the original “Best Man” film’s closing dance routine.

The performance capped off what was momentous night in which the entire cast of both “Best Man” movies reunited on the red carpet, including Nia Long, Taye Diggs, Morris Chestnut, Melissa DeSousa, Terrence Howard, Regina Hall, Harold Perrineau, Monica Calhoun and Sanaa Lathan.

Other celebrities in attendance at the premiere included Luenell, Shantel Jackson, Stephen A. Smith, Tina Knowles-Lawson, Apryl Jones, Lance Gross and more.
